Rebecca Wolfe, current Sociology PhD candidate,  presented research on job conditions for transgender and non-binary workers at the annual meeting of the Population Association of America.

The paper is titled “Do Transgender and Non-Binary Workers in the Retail and Service Sectors Have Lower Quality Jobs than their Cisgender Counterparts?” and the authors are Danya Lagos, Rebecca Wolfe, and Daniel Schneider. This work is using data from The Shift Project, which now represents the largest employer-linked sample of TNB workers in an ongoing and growing data collection project.
