Kristen Harknett and Co-Authors Receive W. Richard Scott Award

Kristen Harknett, PhD, associate professor in Social Behavioral Sciences, and her co-authors received the 2021 W. Richard Scott Award from the American Sociological Association's Section on Organizations, Occupations and Work for their article "What Explains Racial/Ethnic Inequality in Job Quality in the Service Sector?" which published in The American Sociological Review in 2020.
